“Director Customer Engineering” - Permanent role based in Singapore for the World’s leading semiconductor manufacturing company.

Job Purpose:
To manage and enable all aspects of customer programs from the initial design win to the final delivery including process and product qualification, test, assembly, yield enhancement and ramp to production. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the customer programs are being managed and executed accurately and in timely manner and to do so by providing excellent customer services so as to achieve customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities:
·         Plan, monitor and control the overall project plan and risk analysis to ensure that all deliverables are met on time.
·         Define and implement effective systems to manage and monitor the success of customer programs and prototypes in the Fabs.
·         Build and employ systems to process and manage customer interfaces (such as but not limited to customer requests, meetings, visits, complaints and feedbacks) with timely closed-loop response.
·         Develop and utilize procedures to effectively communicate to customers on Fab major technical and/or quality issues so as to mitigate exposure and proactively manage customers’ expectations.
·         Set up and operate Customer Survey to gauge customer satisfaction and drive for improvements with the aim of being rated as #1 Supplier.
·         Lead and mentor team leaders and members to be proficient in carrying out Customer Engineering’s roles and responsibilities through training and coaching. Nurture the next tier of leadership.
·         Synergizes and participates with cross-departments in achieving corporate management’s business objectives and initiatives.
·         Communicate project status to management on a regular basis.

Education:
Ph.D/Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field; or relevant education and years of working experiences.
Masters in Business Administration preferred.

Experience:
10 to 15 years’ in semiconductor manufacturing with at least 5 years in management position, leading a department and at least 5 years in a technical position

Position Summary:

A Business Analyst (BA) is a member of the IT Team, which also consists of functional & system analyst and technical architects/developers. The BA acts as an enabler between the Company’s business community (who has business objectives they need to achieve) and the IT department (which offers solutions that enable business success).

A key part of the BA’s job is to facilitate the capturing of functional business requirements by gathering, analyzing and documenting those requirements in a way that can be understood by a diverse audience (technical and non-technical alike). A BA prepares benefit justifications and then serves as the main liaison between the business users and the architects/developers in order to implement effective solutions (from small production support fixes to large projects). 

Required skills:
·         Must have expertise with ERP systems (both Oracle E1 and SAP) and other enterprise applications in one or more of the following three functional areas:
Ø  Commercial – Web/e-business, Siebel (CRM, Pricing/Quoting), Marketing systems and order entry within ERPs. 
Ø  Global Operations – Product Life Cycle Management Systems (Agile), ERP Material Master Management and Manufacturing, Warehouse Management including system for Pick, Pack and Ship. 
Ø  Finance and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) – Finance and General Accounting Support within ERPs for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Costing and Fix Asset creation/disposal.  Also support of general reporting which leverages EDW (Cognos).

·         Must have the ability to understand, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve trouble tickets, enhancement requests or project requirements in an environment that leverages a single Global Business Model (Uniform Business Processes) thus minimizing the level of application customization.  Maximize the use of “vanilla code”.   
·         Must be able to facilitate and lead discussions/meetings with business (users, super users and business leaders/sponsors) and technical partners to identify root causes of issues, prioritize work and/or document functional specifications, data definition, interfaces designs, reports, test scripts, and training materials.
·         Ability to effectively communicate in English & Mandarin or Japanese.

Required experience:
·         At least 6 years of experience in one of more of the functional business areas listed above.
·         Must have experience with a major ERP platform such as Oracle E1 and/or SAP
·         Experience with Oracle Siebel, Oracle Agile, IBM Cognos, Web Methods, MS Fast Search, Day Content Management, Comergent commerce, TRAX PPS, credit card processing, EDI, and use of SQL would be a plus
·         Demonstrated experience of all project phases and activities including: Design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT, end user training and cutover.
·         Must be self confident, assertive and self-motivated.  Demonstrated ability to work with business users to define requirements and to articulate and compare alternative approaches.
·         Proven track record of producing deliverables and working independently to meet deadlines.
·         Bachelor degree in with computer science or in a technical field is a plus.

“Senior Manager – ERP (SAP/Oracle) (APAC)” – Permanent position based in Singapore with a global biotechnology company.

Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, IT APAC Management must be able to think and act strategically while also immersing themselves into the details as to resolve day-to-day Production Support (PS) issues. Therefore, the Sr. Manager must analyze, define and lead IT projects and production support in one or more business functional work-streams. Work-streams include Commercial (Sales, Marketing, e-business and etc.), Global Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distributions and etc.) and Corporate (Finance, HR, legal and etc.). 

The Sr. Manager will build strong relationships with their business executive leaders to develop IT roadmaps that document strategic needs and IT enablement over the time horizon of 3-5 years. Tactically, this person will determine with their business partners project priorities, project scope, project timelines and production support changes to optimize the business performance and outcomes. This individual will have in-depth IT technical knowledge, business domain expertise and project management skills as to facilitate design meetings and project delivery. 

The Sr. Manager will lead a team of Business Analysts and System Analysts (BA/SA).  Project Teams and PS Teams often include other Business and IT resources including subject matter experts, BAs, SAs & Developers who are located on-site as well as in other APAC locations off-shore on India and the US. Projects will be executed in accordance with applicable company’s operating mechanisms and frameworks. Code and other configuration changes will follow strict change control policies. 

Nature and Scope:
This position interacts with all levels of personnel internally and externally and requires communicating complex information both verbally and in writing. Information includes but is not limited to, status on projects, IT policies and procedures and resolution of issues. Effectiveness in this role requires strong people management skills, project management knowledge in the relevant IT background experience and thorough working knowledge of the assigned customer group’s IT needs.

Education and Professional Requirements/Experience:
·         Bachelors Degree in Science (Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline), or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
·         Requires at least 10 years technical and business experience in a similar position and 5+ years in people management. 
·         Excellent organizational and communication skills as well as effective problem analysis and resolution abilities needed.
·         Strong leadership and project management skills required.
·         PMP certification is plus.
·         Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and maintain client relationships. 
·         Experience managing budgets, project plans, resource allocations, and priorities.
·         Experience with more than two of the following enterprise applications (ERPs (SAP & E1), CRM (Siebel), EDW (Cognos), e-commerce (Comergent, FAST, and Day) and IT infrastructure (HP, EMC, Cisco, etc…), and/or with strong background in the Biotech industry is a plus.
·         Training in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma processes, FDA Computer Systems Validation. M&A/Integration experience is a plus.
·         Experience in working in MNC will be advantageous with solid interaction experience with both APAC and US functional teams
·         Able to develop and articulate value propositions to functional teams.
·         Able to moderate meetings and perform presentations.
·         Extensive knowledge of communications/escalation management
·         Good presentation skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Fluent in spoken Mandarin and Japanese will be advantageous.
·         Able to work under pressure in a matrix organization.
·         Strong team player and able to lead and manage project teams on complex projects.

“Transition & Transformation Manager” – Direct Contract position with the client based in Singapore

Job Function:
·         Supporting the pursuit of new business through crafting transition and transformation plans as part of the proposal and projecting strong project management competency.
·         Executing transition plans – Transition projects moves a Customer organization from its current mode of operation to managed mode of operation. Transition will include the assumption the as-is environment, as well as fulfilling contractual requirements necessary to facilitate the transfer.
·         Executing transformation plans – Transformation is the implementation of a set of contractually defined activities as stated in the solution design.  These activities should meet specific business objectives and lead to service enhancements, cost reductions, and/or quality, productivity and technology improvements.

Duties & Responsibilities: Format sentence using 1. What is done (action) 2. How it’s done (procedure, method, tool or equipment) 3. Why it’s done (purpose, outcome, result); include level of responsibilities, autonomy and accountability.
·         Lead a transition and/or transformation project team (maybe cross-functional, cross-country, cross-organization, cross-service, involving 3rd parties) to takeover service delivery from the customer (or incumbent) per the committed transition plan. Depending on project scale, may lead several projects simultaneously.
·         Work with customer and internal teams (delivery management, delivery manager, staffing, infrastructure/tools, etc.) to manage and deliver (transition and transformation) projects on schedule, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
·         Act as counterpart to customer appointed transition manager – maintaining close contact to ensure delivery to schedule and issues addressed.
·         Develop and own transition communication plan to ensure consistent understanding of transition progress within key stakeholders.
·         Own transition management methodology. Update/improve the methodology based on learning and customer requirements/feedback.
·         Adhere to standard transition management methodology.
·         Work in pursuit team to represent the transition and transformation function. Craft transition and transformation plans that may be part of the submitted proposal. Participate in customer presentations to project strong transition and transformation management competency.
·         During transformation, the TTM is accountable for the execution of all transformation activity end to end, with overall account responsibility remaining with the Client Manager.
·         Manage risk during transition and transformation.

Job Requirements:
·         Degree in engineering, computer science, business or related fields.
·         Min 6 years of experience in managing IT or engineering projects – preferably with experience in setting up service delivery (covering aspects such as infrastructure setup, staffing, finance, knowledge transition, etc.).
·         Understanding of service delivery in a business process outsourcing context, particularly in imaging and archival, accounts payable and customer acquisition services.
·         Project Management certification e.g. PMP, CITPM.
·         Understanding of technology, particularly as related to imaging software and hardware, document integration.
·         Strong customer management skills.
·         Experience working in regional/global teams.
·         Strong leadership skills – drive, initiative; assertiveness.
·         Strong communication skills (English & Mandarin).
·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

“Senior Software Engineer Localization” – 2 Permanent positions based in Singapore for the world's leading digital content company.

Job Function:
Responsible for producing high quality localized versions of Company software in a variety of languages in collaboration with external vendors. Also responsible for the files, tools and processes required for the product localization. Works in close collaboration with the US the development team and proactively reviews the product and processes for potential localization and internationalization problems.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
·         Coordinates all software localization efforts with the core development team and localization teams.
