“Principle Engineer - Customer Engineering” – 4 Permanent positions based in Singapore with the World’s leading semiconductor manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:
·         Implement and enhance the systems to process and manage customer interfaces (such as but not limited to customer requests, meetings, visits, complaints and feedbacks) with timely closed-loop response.
·         To lead and manage all aspects of customer product lifecycle for customers that have products with high revenue potential and are part of Company’s Strategic Customer Account base. This should be accomplished by providing excellent customer services so as to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
·         PhD/ Master/ Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
·         At least 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fab (technical position) environment.
·         Strong experience in Process Integration, Module Process & customer engineering.
·         Possess strong leadership qualities, system and creative problem solving skills.
·         Customer-friendly personality and communicative.
·         Proactive, outgoing and energetic.
·         Mature, decisive and discerning.

“Distributed Control System (DCS) Engineer” – Permanent Position based in Singapore with a large petrochemical company.

Key Job Responsibilities:
·         Provides Engineering design and trouble shooting of Distributed Control System.
·         Review and finalize DCS System configurations, design, process control logic diagrams and field instrument data sheets.
·         Supervise installation and maintenance of DCS system and conduct loop function testing.
·         Actively guide DCS panel operators in the trouble shooting of plant controls, controller tuning and batch operation.
·         Participate in Process Safety Reviews and execute process changes as part of management of change as well as execute capital projects.
·         Maintain up-to-date documentation for Distributed Control System.
·         Initiate and manage DCS hardware, software and Process Control Network upgrades.

Key Job Requirements:
·         Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Chemical / Instrumentation or Control from an accredited university.
·         Minimum 10 years of related working / operating experience in DCS in the refinery, petrochemical or chemical industry.
·         Working knowledge of Honeywell / Emerson / Yokogawa will be desirable.
·         Strong analytical / trouble-shooting skills and able to work independently and as part of a team.
·         Background knowledge in programming and network administration would be an added advantage.
·         Good interpersonal and communication skills.
·         Able to work in a diverse environment.

“Information Systems Architect” - Permanent role based in Singapore for the World’s leading semiconductor manufacturing company.

Job Purpose:
Define, design and manage global enterprise architecture for information systems including both business systems and manufacturing systems.

Principal Accountabilities:
·         Lead architecture initiatives to define and execute 5 year vision and roadmap for global information systems architecture to leverage existing Oracle-ERP/PLM based business systems and manufacturing systems to enable the company’s business operations.
·         Identify opportunities and requirements for information systems architecture to support both corporate business functions and global factory sites manufacturing and engineering operations, by working with project teams and other key stakeholders.
·         Design holistic models for information systems architecture to incorporate key views including business process, application technology, data architecture and integration interfaces, by working with solution vendors, internal solution architects from IT, manufacturing and engineering teams.
·         Manage information systems architecture changes across end-to-end business processes and the lifecycle of data and application service technologies.
·         Establish and manage enterprise architecture repository for architecture landscape, roadmap and artifacts by selecting and implementing proper tools and systems.
·         Align information systems architecture practices to Enterprise Architecture & IT governance.

Required Skills & Experience:
·         Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
·         Certified by TOGAF 8/9 and ITIL V3
·         At least 10 years full time working experience of information systems preferably in high tech/semiconductor industry. At least 3 years of TOGAF practice.
·         Strong knowledge in Oracle Applications such as EBS, Siebel CRM, PeopleSoft, Agile PLM, Fusion Middleware, AIA, OIM/OAM.
·         Candidate should possess strong knowledge of and experience in executing all phases of the technology life cycle, based on proven project management and testing methodologies. It is essential that the successful candidate possess a deep knowledge of technical architecture design and have a good understanding of technology tools and components to reasonably argue for and against all components (middleware, database, reporting tools, etc.) in manufacturing systems architecture.
·         Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of technology advisors through all phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, design, development, conversion and testing
·         Good knowledge and experience in Business Process Management.
·         Good knowledge and experience in data architecture, data warehouse and dashboard. Familiar with Qlikview, Business Objects, DataStage, GoldenGate.
·         Good knowledge and experience in B2B, EAI, SOA, IDMS and portal collaboration systems.

Key Competencies:
·         Data Quality and Governance
·         Identification and analysis of data issues impacting manufacturing processes
·         An understanding of the data used and the associated inherent issues in manufacturing systems
·         Ability to conduct discovery, perform root cause analysis, and make recommendations for the remediation of data quality issues
·         The ability to design and recommend governance structures and control frameworks for the ongoing management of data in both corporate and manufacturing systems.
·         Experience with large scale data remediation projects, from issue identification, through to remediation/resolution as it relates to specific regulatory, risk, or operational issues.

“Project Quality Manager” – Permanent Position based in Singapore with a large petrochemical company.

Job Scope:
·         Facilitate the development and effective implementation of Project Quality Management Systems by the Project Team in a manner that meets Corporate, location and contractual requirements.
·         Manage project service and product verification and inspection of the project deliverables consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations.
·         Manage project quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, management of change, audits and project quality reporting and review.
·         Work closely with and draw on the resources of the global Quality Community.

Key Accountabilities:

Quality Management:
Work with the Location Quality Manager and the Project Management Team to ensure:
·         Project Management Plans and dependent systems and procedures are developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements
·         Project personnel are suitably inducted in project quality plan requirements and to access and apply dependent systems, procedures and reference materials as applicable.
·         Effectiveness of quality planning to ensure that process controls and prerequisite product and service verification and inspection arrangements are established and resourced for the project consistent with criticality, statutory and contractual obligations.
·         Effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes.
·         Effective implementation of “change management” throughout the life of the project.
·         Establishment of an effective internal project risk based audit program.
·         Effectiveness of Project Management Review Programs including collection analysis and reporting of project performance measures.
·         Implementing an effective assessment program to monitor performance of EPC contractor/sub-contractors.

Capacity Enhancement:
·         Participate in the global quality learning community initiative to enable quality professionals to communicate with each other and receive updates on latest developments.
·         Support in-house education, promotion and awareness programs relating to sound quality management practice and quality strategies.
·         Facilitate the implementation of existing and new company processes and capability enhancements across the Project Operations.
·         Determine areas of potential improvement and, in consultation with the Location Quality Manager and Project Management Team, facilitate the implementation of improvements to address these areas and evaluate the outcomes of the improvements.
·         Facilitate independent review/certification of Project Quality Management Systems in line with Corporate, legislative or customer requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:
·         Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 10 years industry experience, including at least 8 years in Project Quality Management and closely related fields of HSE and integrity management.
·         Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
·         Communication skills – verbal, written – to report standard and presentation skills.
·         Demonstrable capabilities in planning and organising projects and activities to meet Project requirements e.g. quality planning and resourcing for projects to ensure they are suitably resourced with sufficient and capable quality management expertise.
·         Experience in managing a team of quality practitioners.
