“Senior Operations Technician (Marine & Tank)” – 4 Permanent Positions based in Singapore with a large petrochemical company.

Responsibilities:

·         Leading the shift operator(s)

·         Initial Start Up of Designated Unit(s)

o    Set up the operation manual for designated unit(s)

o    Training the shift operators

o    Line tracing

o    Pre-commissioning & commissioning

·         Marine Area Operation

o    Ensure the equipment in designated unit(s) works in good conditions

o    Monitoring the unit(s) operation status through panel (DCS)

o    Checking the equipment running status at field

o    Trouble shooting if any upset in the unit(s)

·         Perform good coordination with related colleague

·         Report the shift operation to superintendent and team leader

·         Improvement Proposal

Qualifications:

·         Chemical engineering/ Mechanical Engineering preferable

·         Over 8 years operation experience in refinery and/or petrochemical plant

·         Well understanding of characteristics of unit(s) and product(s)

·         Plant start-up, turn around experience preferable

·         Mature, responsible and positive

·         Able to communicate with management team, maintenance team, shipping team
