“IT Manager (Network)” – Contract to Perm role based in Singapore with a global supply chain solutions provider.

Responsibilities:
·         You will be report and work closely with the infrastructure Group on regional projects.
·         Responsibilities will consist but not limited to the design and implementation of Network projects (servers and network), maintenance and procurement of network related equipments.
·         Assist Senior Manager in smooth Operational activities of mainly regional Network Operations.
·         Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's network security especially WAN and LAN network.
·         Additional knowledge of Servers group or Infrastructure and relevant Ops is an added advantage, but not a must.
·         Expertise in the area of network security (Firewall, IPS, IDS), IPLS/ MPLS circuits, bandwidth management / network monitoring / VPN.
·         Experience in ISO 9000, 27000, 28000 and ITIL is an added advantage.
·         Oversees all help desk activities at the regional level, and responds to escalated help desk issues.
·         Help team to execute career development plans, and seeks & participates in development opportunities of resources. Provide statistics and monthly reports for the Senior Management.

Requirements:
·         Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience in network administration.
·         Be able to technically manage regional network projects and manage team to implement relevant support.
·         Holding Network certifications of CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CCIE, CCDP is an added advantage.
·         Manages the development of team by ensuring appropriate technology by review/ recommend appropriate solutions.
·         Sound knowledge of Internet/Intranet technologies including security features, and network infrastructure and operations (including switching, routing, Ethernet, TCP/IP).
·         Singaporean and PR would be given preference.
·         Good communication, management, analytical and problem solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
·         Provide Murex support for users in the front office, escalate problems as required and manage all problems through to solutions.

·         Knowledge of Murex, including simulation, configuration of business data e.g. curves, generators, volatilities and the ability to analyse PL, Greeks by using Murex. Knowledge of OSP and related workflow queue, Murex EOD processing and Datamart are desirable.
·         Knowledge of Control-M and Unix Shell are useful.
·         Good software development skills including programming, testing and requirements analysis.

Main Purpose of Job
·         Project Management and Technical Consulting Services delivery to predominantly oil refineries, petrochemical, gas processing, LNG and power plants.
·         Basic Engineering/Process Design Package Preparation.
·         Project Development.

Responsibilities:
Project Related
·         Sets/updates project targets reflecting contractual commitments.
·         Review / approve process calculations.
·         Review / approve simulation modelling and calibration.
·         Review / approve flowsheet results.
·         Sets project plan, defines resourcing requirements and individual team members' roles and responsibilities.

Sales and Marketing Support

·         Close-out summaries completed for all executed projects.
·         Individual client responsibility within the business development.

Company Business

Experience Required
·         Minimum 12 years of experience.
·         Corporate Member of Engineering Institute (e.g. IChemE).
·         Process plant experience with operator (ideally major energy or chemical company) or through onsite assignments.
·         Design package preparation experience with world class technology provider (such as ExxonMobil Engineering, SGS, UOP etc).
·         Consulting services delivery.

“Global Head, Information Security Architecture” - Permanent role based in Singapore for the World’s leading semiconductor manufacturing company.

Job Function:
Has the responsibility for global and enterprise-wide information security; he/she is responsible for protection services [e.g. Data Loss Prevention (DLP)] and privacy of the corporation and its employees.

He/she is responsible for overall direction of all security functions associated with Information Technology applications, communications (voice and data), and computing services within the enterprise.  At the same time he/she must be aware of the implications of legislated requirements that impact security for the enterprise.  This includes but is not limited to Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 requirements.

Key Accountabilities:
·         The candidate will be tasked to chart out the enterprise roadmap of the IT Security function in the organization.
·         Engage internal users to understand the IT security requirements of the business, as well as the security risks and concerns in their areas, and to collect these requirements as part of the inputs for development of an architecture framework for security technologies deployment, strategies for aligning security investments with business requirements, and as the benchmark for standardization and harmonization of security designs and solutions deployed in the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:
·         Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
·         CISA certified.
·         ITIL v3 foundation certified.
·         8+ years of experience in a security architect role, preferably in a global MNC environment, working alongside with peers and users from diverse working cultures.
·         Be familiar with common security architecture models or frameworks, security certification standards, and security technologies.
·         Formal IT security certifications with working experiences in risks analysis and compliance.
