SharePoint Manager – Permanent Position based in Singapore. Open for the candidates who are currently based in Singapore.

Job Function:

As a Manager, you will be a champion for solutions on the Microsoft platform with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, design and development. In addition, you will be a strong pre-sales contributor and will be expected to lead, from a capability perspective, the pre-sales work on large scale opportunities.

From a solutions perspective, your focus will be to architect, develop, test and lead the implementation of mission critical enterprise SharePoint solutions that may also require the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Office 2007 and other advanced components of Microsoft technology. You will work with some of the most talented Microsoft professionals in Singapore.

You will provide professional consulting expertise on major enterprise initiative including web services, enterprise portals and mobile applications. You will employ management, technical and planning skills by participating in large projects. You will improve your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with customers. You will contribute to our vast repository of intellectual property as we employ Microsoft Technologies to create a dramatically more personal, integrated computing experience.

In addition, you will:

·         Take the responsibility for creation of the SharePoint solutions/components for RFP responses.

·         Attend pre-sales meetings - build and present SharePoint demos and solution designs to the customers.

·         Work with the customer to understand functional and business requirements and make the appropriate technology recommendations.

·         Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

·         10+ years working experience on Microsoft technologies.

·         3+ years demonstrated experience with WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 implementations and development of custom solutions using SharePoint platform.

·         5+ years demonstrated advance proficiency development methodologies.

·         Demonstrated ability to lead consultants in various project work streams.

·         Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables.

·         Proven ability to understand a customer's needs.

·         Developed technical requirements based on business imperatives.

·         Ability to write quality high level and detailed design documents, communicate the vision and defend the position.

·         Experience with InfoPath forms and SharePoint workflows.

·         Experience with Enterprise Content Management domain.

·         Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Self-motivated team player that is able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

·         MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010.

·         MCTS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.

·         MCTS: Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0.

·         Microsoft Certified Professional Developer.

·         Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server preferred.

·         Microsoft FAST ESP experience preferred.
