Job Responsibilities:
- Document business objectives, functional requirements and logical designs
- Perform gap analysis, business process mapping and subject matter expertise
- Coordinate activities, manage scope, mitigate project issues and ensure deliverable quality
- Conduct unit, systems integration, performance, user acceptance and regression test
- Deliver user training, manage project resources, prepare deliverables and conceptualise solution
- Adapt user requests, support current users and manage tickets
- Configure HR IT Applications, perform testing and produce project deliverables
Job Requirements:
- Degree in IT and/or Human Resource
- Minimum 5-6years of related experience in implementing Oracle HRMS Core HRMS, Self-Service, Payroll Interface, Time/Labor, Perf Mgmnt, Comp Workbench
- Good experience with working on large scale implementation project team as the Lead Functional System Analyst
- Consulting experience preferred
- Analytical/ technical skills (HR IT Applications like PeopleSoft HR, Oracle HRMS, ADP Global View, Kronos, etc) required
- Experience in HRIS and platform building and integration
- Possess knowledge of HR functions and processes (Time & Attendance, Payroll, e-Learning, Leave management, hiring, etc)
- Customer service oriented and project team leadership skill
- Ability to travel internationally – occasionally for extended time period up to 2-3 weeks
