Job Function & Responsibilities:
· Evolution & management of a Single Quality Management System for the company, encompassing OHSAS, QC08000, ISO14001, ISO9000, TL9000 & ISO 13485.
· Support & facilitate Key customer & Certification Body audits.
· Develop, implement & manage effective problem management system.
· Manage a team of Factory Quality Managers & Quality System Administrators.
· External interaction with the Customers & Certification Bodies.
· Internal interaction with the Operations team, Engineering team & Sales management team.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Education: Degree minimum Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in developing & managing multi-site Quality Management Systems.
· Minimum 5 years of management experience in a multi-national company.
· Experience in hosting customer & certification body audits.
· Specific Knowledge and Certificate/License.
· Deep understanding of current and emerging quality standards.
· IT literate.
· Fluent in English & Mandarin.
· Should be willing to travel up to 40% in the region.
