Job Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for developing and managing to completion complex, cross-functional, semiconductor engineering development program.
·         Accomplish program goals in the context of a cross-functional organization with people from several functional organizations involved, and is responsible for on-time, within-budget delivery while satisfying customer requirements.
·         Identify and drive resolution of overall issues across multiple, and sometime conflicting programs.
·         Manage programs to hit the planned milestones by resolving roadblocks, managing the critical paths and driving the team to execute on time.
·         Develop a new program by incorporating various inputs from multiple stakeholders and working teams such as Technology Development, Design Enablement, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales and Marketing, etc.

Requirements:
·         Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
·         10 years experience in technical roles within the semiconductor industry including technical understanding and background in VAS technologies, at least 5 years of experience in technical management and/or program management of complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
·         Experience with program management tools, methodologies and deployment.
·         Knowledge in headcount forecasting and resource planning as well as risk management.
·         Must be a strategic, big-picture thinker with a demonstrated history of leading successful engineering development programs.
·         Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

“IT Security Advisor – South East Asia” Permanent position based in Singapore for the World leader in the mobile communications market and wireless solutions.

Position Summary:
In this highly public facing role, you will be using your strong technical background, your ability to communicate, and consultative approach to the advancement and acceptance of the BlackBerry security solutions in the local market.

This role requires a versatile, experienced, and business minded Information Security professional who is driven to succeed in highly complex environments and is passionate both about technology and business. You will be leveraging your existing relationships and building and developing new ones with relevant government agencies related to technical policy, certification, and acceptance of BlackBerry product portfolio.

Accountabilities:
·         Effectively engage in constructive dialog with relevant structures in the government, including policy makers and engineering staff, as well as telecom carriers and partners on product and service security, and technical aspects of policy.
·         Be able to apply expert judgment to resolve complex situations and remove security related obstacles for Government, Enterprise and other sales channels.
·         Support strategic, government, and carrier sales teams as a senior subject matter expert on BlackBerry security, IT security, and government regulations and relevant policies.
·         Provide local support to other areas of company’s Global Security: Product Management, Certifications, Research & Response, and Lawful Access teams.
·         Build effective content for external and internal use and deliver presentations and webinars to customers, partners and public audiences.
·         Represent BlackBerry Security Group at key public events, tradeshows, and association meetings in your region of responsibility.
·         Be able to leverage BlackBerry solutions, partners' products, and IT security expertise to provide effective support in dealings with customers and partners.
·         Foster relationships with national and regional authorities in Information Security.
·         Work with internal stakeholders and customers to help prioritize security assurance and certification programs.
·         Travel will be required

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in technology field with solid understanding of Government and Enterprise Information Systems and Security, Networking technologies and IT management.
  • Good understanding of government security regulations and classification schemas.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Previous consulting and/or technical sales experience in Government space
  • Solid understanding of wireless and telecommunication technology and industry
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, build relationships, and handle complex escalations.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Management Information Systems.
  • CISSP Certification.

“Senior Commercial Manager - Asia Pacific” -- Permanent position based in Singapore for the World's leading Telecommunications Company.

Job Function:
The role will focus on maximizing the value from our existing business (maximising billed revenue, mitigating churn and erosion; and minimising costs), and the development of profitable new business specifically within the customer set managed by Asia Commercial Management team. This role reports to VP, Commercial Asia Pacific.

To ensure that company delivers on its Gross Margin commitments both existing and new business.

Key internal interfaces include Channel Directors and Service Delivery, Finance and Legal.

External relationships – with Senior Customer Directors and Customer Negotiation Teams.

Key accountabilities:
·         Provide management to a team supporting the Enterprise channel, setting objectives for the based on targeted commercial plans on each major account to maximise gross margins. 
·         Providing commercial support to named major customers, delivering commercial action plans to improve the gross margin performance of each account.
·         Manage and shape contract terms for new and existing business reflecting agreed commercial positions through liaising with Legal, Finance and Bid Team as appropriate.
·         Development of the Commercial Proposition for major opportunities and agreeing a commercial framework that is both attractive to the customer and acceptable to the company.
·         Lead Customer negotiations (and set priorities for suppliers) on new and existing contracts (working in concert with Sales, Bid Mgt, Legal and Finance).
·         Ensure the maximisation of all margin generating opportunities within existing commercial arrangements both through contract enforcement, enhancement and Sales to Cash process.
·         Assist with the pre-qualification of large opportunities and the profitable delivery of new business.
·         Ensuring compliance with Commercial Governance on all business under commercial management.
·         Setting and reviewing progress against objectives for the team to maximise commercial performance from named accounts.
·         Creating commercial flexibility within the contract that company can leverage.
·         Engender ownership/accountability/continuity of the contract from cradle to grave.
·         Continually create commercial opportunities for the company in existing contracts.
·         Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of billing and commercial inventory.

Job Requirements:
·         10+ years of experience in telecoms based Commercial Management.  Demonstration of management behaviour of others, including performance management, counselling and mentoring.
·         Working knowledge of financial account concepts and management accounting, but with strong commercial bias.
·         Strong general planning and organisational skills.
·         Ability to identify, assess and mitigate commercial and technical risks.
·         Good analytical skills and broad IT and business background.
·         Strong spreadsheet ability.
·         Ability to influence individuals at Mgt/Senior Mgt level
·         Strong negotiation skills.
