Responsibilities:
· You will be responsible for overseeing, supporting and driving both research and commercial experimental work in the team ensuring that all work is performed by trained individuals to a high standard within the scheduled time frames.
· According to mandates assigned, analyze, define and introduce a working plan reaching the targets for each project.
· Coordinate the different steps and activities of the assigned project, while ensuring an effective follow-up process.
· Provide support in the software design and troubleshooting of technical tasks.
· Provide scientific and technical leadership in the management and assessment of R&D scientific projects
· Coordinate meetings and activities related to the research projects under your responsibility.
· Prepare the meeting minutes and related documents in order to optimize communication and assure coordination and integration of all implicated resources.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
· 8 to 10 Years of Experience in developing mission critical C++ applications on Windows Environment.
· Strong expertise in Object Oriented Design & Programming.
· 3+ years of experience as technical lead managing 3-5 member team with solid programming skills.
· Proven track record of successfully creating, building, and delivering large software engineering projects.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
· Mobile Games, Mobile Content, Gaming Industry Experience is preferred.
