“Program Manager – Microsoft Alliance Program” – Permanent role based in Singapore.

Job Function:
This position will report to the Director of Microsoft Alliance Program, and be part of the Strategic Alliance Team supporting the execution of the Company & Microsoft Business Plan. The company is a tier 1 partner in the Microsoft Manufacturing Partner ecosystem.  This position is a new ‘global’ role being defined to interact with internal and external groups to promote company’s core values with the Microsoft sales, business development, and industry teams. This position will be responsible for coordination of joint activities with Microsoft, both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
·         Develop, maintain, and communicate Company | Microsoft Joint Alliance sales execution strategies & execution plan.
·         Own & drive Global Partner Business Plan into Local strategies
·         Work with Regional Sales Manager and their sales teams to help create a healthy pipeline of sales engagements. 
·         Provide help to manage pipeline and interact with Microsoft’s Industry sales and district sales and partner facing resources.
·         Deliver web-based presentations and training to the Sales teams for joint Company | MS engagements and promote use of joint alliance materials.
·         Mentor and coach pre-sales individuals engaged in Microsoft sales engagements.
·         Ensure sales team understands all of the Company | Microsoft market opportunities, engagement model, issues, and joint messaging

Marketing Efforts
·         Coordinate development of as agreed by the Alliance
·         Lead efforts to promote the use of Company’s products by joint customers, through representing Company at various Microsoft & joint events, significant participation in Microsoft Industry Solutions Universities.
·         Promote Company’s values and marketing opportunities within Microsoft ecosystem
·         Identify and grow joint alliance benefits and opportunities through joint Marketing
·         Manage production/ oversee resources for the creation of Microsoft related materials for distribution to Microsoft or other customers

Requirements
·         5+ years of experience.
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (such as MS-SQL, MS-SharePoint, etc).
·         Experiences in Program management or business development.
·         Excellent English and Chinese Communications skill is a must.

“Tibco Admin” – Permanent position based in Singapore

 
Required Skills & Experience:
·         6+ years of experience on Tibco.
·         TIBCO/Iprocess Administration.
·         TIBCO Binaries installation (including I-process & AMX) and knowledge in RHEL platform.
·         Hands on experience in TIBCO domain creation including primary/secondary setup with Database/File based repository.
·         Hands on experience in I-Process engine creation, plug-in activity.
·         Strong technical skills in TIBCO EAI Tools such as TIBCO BW, TIBCO RV, TIBCO Hawk and TIBCO Adaptors (MQ, ADB and File Adaptor).
·         Must know “Appmanage” TIBCO deployment and other deployment procedures using HERMES.
·         Ability to develop Hawk rule for TIBCO monitoring based on application team requirement.
·         Very strong knowledge and hands on experience in TIBCO EMS.
·         Strong troubleshooting skills
·         Strong Unix knowledge.
·         Knowledge in plug-in such as Cobol Copy Book, I-Process and EJB will be an added advantage.
·         Knowledge in Tivoli adapter will be an added advantage.

"Senior Technical Project Manager" -- Permanent position based in Singapore for the World's leading Telecommunications Company.

Role Purpose:
Provides a professional project management service, managing client projects on behalf of Company. Planning and executing clients projects in order to achieve the benefits expected by both client and the company, delivering change whilst managing risk, cost and quality.

Maximise the opportunity for current and future professional service fees and other revenues by demonstrating professionalism, skill and expertise that adds value to the client’s business and thereby encourages client reliance on the company.

Key Accountabilities:

·         Ensure the project is initiated, set-up, defined, executed and closed in a manner that ensures delivery to the time, cost and quality parameters agreed with the client, whilst conforming to company’s Project Management Framework (or other as agreed with the client).
·         Ensure the project is transitioned smoothly from delivery to ‘in life’ support and that the project closure process is followed (Lessons Learned, Associated Actions, End Project Review / Reports).
·         Prepare project documentation as required and secure the requisite approvals.
·         Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and kept up-to-date.
·         Identify and manage stakeholders, including those within the client organization.
·         Define and agree the project plan, associated work breakdown structure and deliverables.
·         Identify and manage the critical path.
·         Ensure that financial milestones are mapped to contract payment terms and visible within the baseline plan.
·         Define and agree external and internal resources required – set up the team.
·         Build, engage, maintain, direct and motivate the project team for the duration of the work.
·         Obtain support and advice as required for management, planning and control of the project.
·         Ensure the contract is agreed and changes are correctly managed.
·         Execute the plan, monitor progress against the plan and recommend corrective actions as required.

·         Manage project budget. Ensure project is delivered to budget, tracking expenditure, forecasting cost-to-complete and managing potential overrun and corrective actions.
·         Ensure ‘business-as-usual’ processes are initiated on completion of financial milestones.
·         Manage production, integrity and quality of deliverables.
·         Monitor inter-dependencies between project activities.
·         Resolve internal and external conflicts of requirement, resource and priority.
·         Manage change control and any required configuration management.
·         Liaise with other management personnel, where the work is part of a wider change effort (e.g. where assigned to a programme).
·         Liaise with related projects (e.g. where assigned to a programme) to ensure work is not duplicated or overlooked.
·         Identify and progress cost reduction and earnings growth as required.
·         Identify to functional lead, management tools, techniques and knowledge developed during the work.
·         Accountable for the level of satisfaction that customer/s perceive of the Company services.

Qualifications & Certifications:
·         Degree level qualification in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/IT or applicable industry experience for non engineering Business Degree holders.
·         Recognised qualification or certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP or PRINCE/2).
Technology certifications such as CCNA/CCNP.

“Enterprise Network Capacity Manager” -- Permanent position based in Singapore for the World's leading Telecommunications Company.

Job Function:
The enterprise capacity manager is responsible for creating and running a proactive network capacity management framework that fits our customer needs. He/She is responsible for ensuring that services and and infrastructure are able to deliver the agreed capacity and performance targets in a cost effective and timely manner.

Key accountabilities:
·         Design, maintain and further improve capacity management policies and template reports.
·         Analyse utilization data across the network estate such as routers, links, COS, switches, optimization & acceleration appliances, IPT estate  and produce recommendations based on policies, customer business goals, application traffic patterns and potential failure scenarios.
·         Collaborate with the customer and the internal teams to accurately estimate short and long term demand.
·         Identify and correlate capacity issues against performance degradations with the objective of proactively resolve them.
·         Provide tuning and optimization plans resulting from analysis of the data.
·         Perform Capacity Management on key components like software licenses etc. (ex: for IPT users, voice recording)
·         Working with the customer touch points to understand the forecasts for new application roll outs and increment in bandwidth usage within the Customer environment (ex: due to increase in number of users at a particular site)
·         Translate the forecast knowledge into capacity requirements and feedback to the account and Operations teams on possible impact to services.
·         Responsible or accountable, as and when required, for continuous improvements driven either by the customer.
·         Maintain a register of capacity related risks and work with the team and the customer to mitigate them.
·         Ability to translate customer complex requirement & requests into workable solutions
·         Maintain all relevant documentation

Job Requirements:
·         7+ years of experience in multi-protocols, large enterprise on wide-area infrastructure environment covering capacity management or similar positions.
·         Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other IT related fields
·         ITIL & CCNP/CCDP certifications.
·         Knowledge and hands on experience of:
o    Multi Area Network and WAN technologies
o    Layer 2 and 3 protocols
o    Routing management
o    QoS technologies
o    Application performance management
o    Cisco routers and switches IP telephony (Cisco and Avaya)
·         Must have strong knowledge in OSI layers, Cisco IOS Commands and solid troubleshooting techniques.
·         Experience of working in demanding solution support environments.
·         Possess some basic/intermediate working knowledge on security products like Cisco ASA, Netscreen, GB Firewall will be advantageous.
·         Must have knowledge of network management and reporting tools
·         Some scripting knowledge will be an advantage
·         Familiar with network equipment configurations; routers, firewalls, load balancer, etc
·         Good written and spoken English
·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·         Good coordination and  basic project management skills
