“Voice Architect” Permanent position based in Singapore for the industry leader in providing wireless communication services.

Job Function:
The candidate will be responsible for the Asia-Pac Voice architecture for a major global corporation. Responsibilities include working with a global team of senior voice network architects, making recommendations on key architecture and technology decisions, providing architecture and design support for complex IPT/VM/Call-Center implementations, enforcing policies and standards across the voice infrastructure via network audits and resolving complex issues that may arise in this environment.

Required Skills & Experience:
·         Must have 10+ years of enterprise voice design and engineering experience, preferably in a global environment.
·         BS in Computer Science or equivalent is mandatory.
·         Expertise in Cisco IPT Technology (Call Manager, Unity, CUBE, Voice Gateways) is required.
·         Experience working with multiple telecomm carriers in AP is highly desirable.
·         Experience with ACME border controllers and Cisco/Agito FMC is desirable.
·         Excellent understanding of protocols like SIP, H323 and QSIG and in-depth understanding of management solutions for IPT is essential. 
·         Cisco CCVP/CCNP or higher is required.
·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to achieve results through working with a large group of peers in related functions.
·         Candidate should possess excellent customer facing skills and experience in related disciplines such as Project management, Network Operations, Financial analysis of projects etc. 
·         Knowledge of Siemens, Nortel or Avaya IP Telephony is a plus.
