“Business Process Manager (Oracle HRMS)” Permanent position based in Singapore for my client from Semiconductor industry. Singapore based candidates ONLY.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Document business objectives, functional requirements and logical designs
  • Perform gap analysis, business process mapping and subject matter expertise
  • Coordinate activities, manage scope, mitigate project issues and ensure deliverable quality
  • Conduct unit, systems integration, performance, user acceptance and regression test
  • Deliver user training, manage project resources, prepare deliverables and conceptualise solution
  • Adapt user requests, support current users and manage tickets
  • Configure HR IT Applications, perform testing and produce project deliverables

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in IT and/or Human Resource
  • Minimum 5-6years of related experience in implementing Oracle HRMS Core HRMS, Self-Service, Payroll Interface, Time/Labor, Perf Mgmnt, Comp Workbench
  • Good experience with working on large scale implementation project team as the Lead Functional System Analyst
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Analytical/ technical skills (HR IT Applications like PeopleSoft HR, Oracle HRMS, ADP Global View, Kronos, etc) required
  • Experience in HRIS and platform building and integration
  • Possess knowledge of HR functions and processes (Time & Attendance, Payroll, e-Learning, Leave management, hiring, etc)
  • Customer service oriented and project team leadership skill
  • Ability to travel internationally – occasionally for extended time period up to 2-3 weeks
