Job Function:
The candidate would need to work closely with our Product Design/TD team internally, and interface with our Customers' Design team actively. Excellent Presentation and Marketing Skills are required.
As this is a regional role, the candidate would be required to travel mainly to Taiwan, China, Japan, USA, and occasionally various countries in Europe, 30% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Define Company’s VAS strategy across technology nodes. Inclusive of defining the right target applications / market, product / service requirement definition, to develop alliances / joint-development with customers and IP partners, and to provide leadership support (technical collateral, coordination and support) in the pre-selling of products and services to first few customers.
Requirements:
· MS or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
· Foundry Solutions experiences and MBA degree
· 14+ years of semiconductor industry experience in developing and marketing VAS solutions.
· These include embedded DRAM and non-volatile embedded memories, high voltage technologies, and analog mixed signal and RF solutions implemented in silicon technologies (CMOS, BiCMOS, BCD, etc.) as well as compound semiconductors (GaN, SiC, GaAs, etc.).
· The individual must have knowledge of design enablement solutions required to support VAS, and a track record of developing market winning foundry solutions and securing new design wins.
· Outstanding people management, excellent writing skills, and highly experienced in the direction of execution of integrated marketing programs.
