“Project Lead / Project Manager – Oracle EBS (Financial & Distribution)” – Permanent role based in Singapore for the World’s leading consumer electronic products manufacturing company.

Job Function:
The project manager has full responsibility to lead the project team into accomplishing the stated project objectives with successful deliverables on time and on budget. Candidate must possess strong experience in project and people management, capable of forward planning, have strong intuitive to identify potential risks and issues and be able to mitigate and prevent them from causing any disruption to project, he/she needs to setup and manage communication channel within the project team and with the project stakeholders and sponsors and report clearly and honestly on project status and path forward.

For this specific project, we need the project manager to have experience in fresh setup, startup of Oracle EBS R12, he/she should be able to identify all the necessary steps to establish the environment including Infrastructure setup requirements, and he must also possess Oracle EBS application knowledge.

Responsibilities:
·         Lead in developing the project plan from workable items
·         Motivate and influence team to accomplish the given task successfully
·         Ensure timely and appropriate communication to stakeholders
·         Manage the operation of the project team and resolve any project conflict
·         Managing the project Scope, Schedule, Resources, Risks, Dependencies and Issues
·         Recognizing areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementation.
·         Complying and enforcing standard company policies and procedures.
·         Lending expertise to internal teams and task forces.
·         Reviewing the status reports of team members across projects and addressing issues as being appropriate
·         Reviews/approves work stream plans for conformance to project/program strategy and schedule
·         Acts as the communications conduit to stake holders and steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates
·         Creating strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation

Key Skills Required:
·         5 to 8 years of Oracle EBS Financial and Distribution experience with minimum 3 years directly managing Global Applications in Application System Support or project management role
·         Minimum 3-5 years working experience in IT project management
·         Experience in large scale project (20 Consultant, multiple work stream, etc)
·         Must be proficient in Software development life cycle (SDLC) and various implementation model like waterfall or rapid prototyping
