Job Description: Reporting to Chief Technology Officer, you will support and lead Asia IT team for Business Applications (SAP) and Network Infrastructure System. Facilitate communication to other regions and global team within corporation. Analyse the needs of functional department and establishes priorities for feasibility studies and systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company’s information process systems.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and management IT staff to ensure smooth coverage of company’s IT systems, networks and programming requirements.
· Manages business continuity and recovery of company’s information systems, including needs analysis, design, plan development, implementation and documentation.
· Participate in Regional / Local projects relating to software, hardware rollouts in the region.
· Responsible to lead in regional network and system integration during new company acquisition.
· Responsible for providing regional level support to network & servers issue and play an active role in supporting global and regional initiatives.
· Responsible for managing 8 IT Managers spread across in Asia.
Desired Skills & Experience
· Degree in Information System and related discipline.
· More than 10 years of relevant working experience in IT group management.
· SAP experiences a must.
· Regional experience is a must. Someone who has experiences managing a few countries and remote team.
· Need someone who is currently at a Director level with experience in leading a regional team.
· Experience in Semiconductor industry or Electronic/Electrical manufacturing industry is a MUST.
