“Program Manager - Product Engineering” – Permanent role based in Singapore for the World’s leading semiconductor company.

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for worldwide equipment engineering related issues and enhancement requests.

·         Provide Engineering support to resolve internal factory issues.

·         Establish overall project and issue priority with marketing.

·         Lead and manage the product engineering program team.

·         Drive the product engineering team to ensure the prioritized projects and issues are completed according to requirement, cost and timeline.

·         Lead the daily scrum, iteration planning and pre-planning sessions.

·         Establish and achieve the quarterly and performance.

·         Provide technical support to each assigned region CSM/ TSM.

·         Co-ordinate with development team on new product transition to the product engineering team.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor in Engineering or higher.

·         Technically competent with more than 10 years of relevant experience in a MNC within the semiconductor industry.

·         Strong in project management.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Experience working in a cross function and cross department environment.
