Technical Director of Global Operations / Job Location: Singapore / Permanent role / Digital distribution & streaming technology R&D Product Company.

Summary:
·         My client’s customers are game publishers and game distributors in the area of digital distribution of video games from all over the world.
·         As the Technical Director of Global Operations you are responsible for managing integration projects with our international clients as well as maintaining and operate the projects throughout their lifecycle.
·         You are required to interact with our clients, define specifications according to their requirements, schedule project plans and interact with a team of developers to realize and implement the projects.
·         You will manage and work with teams of developers, support members, system administrators to maintain and operate the projects.
·         You need to be flexible in respect to working time and traveling.

Qualification Requirements:
Education: BSEE or BSCS or equivalent preferred

Experience:
7+ years in managing IT/Software-projects with international business clients Experience in the video games industry is a big plus

Skills:
·         Excellent English in word and text
·         Excellent communication skills
·         Excellent project management skills
·         Strong leadership skills
·         Strong background in IT/Software Development
·         Strong knowledge in software processes and lifecycles
·         Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
·         Good at planning and execution
·         Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment
·         Sensitive to customer needs

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
·         Manage teams of developers, QA engineers, Support engineers, System Administrators to realize and operate integrations of the company’s technology with our business clients
·         Communicate with our international business clients, understand their needs and work out the best technical solution
·         Write specifications for each project to be used by all participating parties to understand the scope and deliveries
·         During operation keep a sophisticated level of communication with the clients and actively look for ways to enhance the relationship and ensure the clients satisfaction
·         Quickly respond to clients complaints and escalations
·         Create reports and provide metrics to upper level management
·         Provide meaningful feedback to upper level management, as to the performance of the team, status of projects and clients
